The progress and quantitative and qualitative advances made are discussed in European Commission's latest report on the European social dialogue process. The report provides suggestions on the improvement of the process implementation and follow-up.

Men in the European Union are aware of parental leave rights but are not inclined to pursue them. A survey on the same is conducted and the reasons for this behavior are discussed.
