The safety of passengers and crew on airplanes is the main focus of the educational software package from Securicare International called Conflict Management. The educational package covers the legal implications of dealing with an air rage passenger as well as the psychological and physical responses crew may come across in such a potentially dangerous situation. The instructions are clear and informative, and could signal a new era in the training of air staff to deal with conflict on planes.
