Declaration of employee fundamental rights at Renault
Article Abstract:
French carmaker Renault achieved a first for the country's metalworking industry, when it signed a declaration of employee fundamental rights, as part of the group's policy on sustainable development and corporate social responsibility. The company is pursuing an active approach to provide health, safety and working conditions as a priority. Other measures include HIV/AIDS prevention, ban on child labor, ban on forced labor, employment security and equal opportunities to women.
