Metalworking employers propose longer working time
Article Abstract:
Employers in the metalworking industry have submitted a thirty-five to forty hour working week proposal to trade unions, which has rejected the proposals since there are many gray areas that need to be clarified. The union has asked for pay hikes to the tune of four percent while employers offer a pay hike of around 1.4 percent and bargaining is in progress.
