Human resource alliances: defining the construct and exploring the antecedents
Article Abstract:
A new wave in the form of human resource alliance is currently sweeping across organizations, wherein firms partner together for sharing human resource. This sharing of labor can take place in many ways. A study examining the types of employees who are shared across, factors responsible for firms to take up this alliance, and factors responsible for firm's choice of collaboration partners is presented.
