Job satisfaction in teams
Article Abstract:
Team working is a widely used corporate practice aimed at improving competitiveness and productivity in business. A new study analyses the factors affecting job satisfaction among teams of clerical employees in Australian businesses. The survey shows the central importance of training, leadership and taking part in decision-making and raises questions about the role of team leaders in such organizations.

Assessing the team environment for knowledge sharing: an empirical analysis
Article Abstract:
An integrated model is developed that helps companies to identify the factors that facilitate the transfer and creation of knowledge in self-managed teams. The model is incorporated for study carried out on a sample of 363 individuals working in self-managed teams within companies at Spain.

The impact of dispersion of groups of software workers on team and organizational identification is discussed. Two case studies of software organizations operating in Scotland are examined. The results of the case studies are also presented.
