On offshoring

Cheap labor in places like India, China and the Philippines has attracted Western countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom to contract with overseas businesses for workers, including call center agents, information technology specialists and medical technicians. Regarding this, the U.S. staffs are annoyed however advocates believe offshoring creates efficiency and economic benefits for both sides.
