Outsourced training begins to find its niche
Article Abstract:
Corporate, government and other organizations are focusing toward business process outsourcing (BPO) firms as they have the ability to leverage heavy fixed costs and provide scaleable, enterprise e-learning products and services and train personnel that clients are reluctant to sever. Several key signs that the market place is seeking to enter into the ranks of more established BPO fields such as acquisitions, new online community and research are presented.
