Prevent Injuries or Accidents
Article Abstract:
A company supervisor is responsible both for preventing accidents to people and preventing accidents to equipment. If a supervisor focuses more attention on eliminating the causes of accidents, there will be little need to prevent accidents. A checklist for control of accidents suggests a number of steps. Calculate the cost in terms of time and money regarding equipment and employees due to accidents. Analyze and make recommendations on unsafe conditions and work practices in the department.

Article Abstract:
Changes in the workplace can affect supervisors as well as non-supervisors. Human nature will resist change but to stay employed they will have to adapt to changes. A checklist is presented for helping both supervisors and non-supervisors deal with changes.
