The Japanese management model - from ningen soncho to jiyu to jiko sekinin
Article Abstract:
The Japanese management model, which was responsible for the extraordinary transformation of the nation's economy, was characterized by an ideology of communitarianism rather than individualism found in the US. The model is continually evolving as factors such as information technology, globalization, and individualization come into play as the twenty-first century nears.

Article Abstract:

Human resources strategy should focus on the development of a future organizational vision with a higher people-value multiple. The vision should also create a management process that ensures the organization's continued improvement.
