The global integration of diversity management: a longitudinal case study
Article Abstract:
A case study of TRANSCO, a European multinational corporation, is presented. The study aims to determine how multinational firms are responding to the increasing globalization of their workforce. TRANSCO has been attempting to integrate diversity management globally through its international operations. Findings show that the company achieved global consistency at the level of diversity philosophy.

Analysis of the practice of job evaluation in the metal industry in Turkey
Article Abstract:
The wage structure in Uzel Machinery Industry Corporation, Mercedes-Benz Turk Corporation, and Beko Electronic Corporation were studied to determine the efficiency of the Metal Industry Job Grouping System (MIDS) in the metal industry of Turkey. It was found that wage becomes equal in the same job group over time. The impacts of seniority and job group on wage structure are discussed.
