Employees welcome 360-degree feedback
Article Abstract:
A survey of 45 United Kingdom organizations shows that employees like the 360-degree feedback system. With this system, managers receive performance appraisals from any and all parties, such as customers, peers, workers and bosses. This new system is controversial, with many firms unsure of risks versus benefits. However, a new report addresses pitfalls to avoid. Ten initial questions address whether a firm should adopt the technique.
