The way forward for flex in the UK
Article Abstract:
Flexible benefits, originally known as cafeteria benefits, can help UK employers establish their businesses as employee-friendly. Unlike their counterparts in the US where flexible benefits are adopted more as a cost containment measure, UK employers use such benefits to attract the best employees. Flexible benefits can also encourage staff retention by matching the the changing lifestyles of workers as well as meet legislation that supports a more diverse UK workplace.

Pension schemes - leaving home but staying in
Article Abstract:

The country's Inland Revenue has become more strict with its criteria that determine if a foreign pension scheme has a corresponding tax-approved scheme in the UK.
