Towards an Asian model of human resource management? a comparative analysis of China, Japan and South Korea
Article Abstract:
There is a strong argument for a common 'Asian' HRM model due to geographical and cultural closeness, openness to economic reforms and globalization. A possible convergence in HRM among China, Japan and South Korea towards an Asian HRM model is taking place.
