The workers, supervisors and managers need to be competent to do their jobs safely for which the skill, knowledge and experience is required in using the correct tools, equipment and working methods. Every worker should be developed to understand the risks associated with their work, the precautions designed to manage those risks and what to do in a foreseeable emergency for which the effective tanning has to be conducted at workplace.

Article Abstract:
Accidents that can be prevented at the work place is discussed. A simple guide to be followed in case of accident includes taking immediate action to mitigate the harm, investigating the incident to learn what went wrong, and acting on the findings to prevent other accidents are an organization should take if an accident happens is mentioned.
