Transsexual loses toilet facilities claim
Article Abstract:
The issues concerning the employment of a transsexual person and discrimination on the grounds of sex for the use of toilets are discussed with reference to the case Croft v Consignia. A transsexual person would find it very difficult to live successfully in their acquired gender if they are required to use the workplace toilet facilities designated for their gender at birth.

Ethnic minorities more likely to be unemployed and low-paid
Article Abstract:
A study on the ethnic minorities reveals that they are twice as likely to be unemployed and low-paid than the others. The Ethnic Minority Employment Task Force conducted the study. The measures proposed by the task force are also listed.
