Whither Government's industrial injuries compensation scheme
Article Abstract:
The threats posed to the industrial injuries compensation service, by lack of take up of benefits and lengthy assessment of cases, are discussed. The need for greater awareness of the scheme and for reforms to industrial injury policy is examined.
