Work/life benefits from the multiemployer perspective
Article Abstract:
Diverse work and life benefits are being developed in companies in response to the growing needs of their employees. Today's labor force comprises more married female employees that have many family and domestic needs to be considered. These work and life benefit programs address issues such as family-care or child care, flexible work time which allows telecommuting and job sharing, financial and wellness counselling, personal convenience services, and employee-friendly benefits such as paid incentive leaves.

By guiding employees through the components of a benefits package, managers can address potential problems.
