Affordable corporate secretary software
Article Abstract:
CT Corporation Systems' CT Corporate Profile, Corporate Management Solutions' Express Records and Bridgeway Software's Secretariat represent the only three available corporate secretary applications targeted specifically at automating the corporate secretarial function process. CT Corporate Profile's functionality is limited to its introductory screen. It provides a good Corporate Record template lookup feature but its inadequate interface lags behind its competitors. Express Records, however, reflects its manufacturer's experience. It tracks, retrieves and manages all corporate records and it displays basic system information well. Express Records is priced at $6,000 per single user and at $12,500 for four users. Secretariat also provides plenty of functionality while incorporating a useful file folder design that is both appropriate and easy-to-use. Secretariat costs $5,500 per single user and $14,500 for four users.
