Anheuser-Busch: is the king of beers a tyrant?
Article Abstract:
Anheuser-Busch is a defendant in a New York lawsuit, accused of unfair competition and driving up prices. Plaintiffs allege a conspiracy between the company and New York wholesalers against New York's retailers and home distributors. The company contends its practice of setting up exclusive sales territories is not illegal, even though the practice leads to higher beer prices for New York consumers. Since beer drinkers are free to change to a less costly brand, Anheuser and those advocating as little government interference as possible may have a point here.

Playing ethics at Martin Marietta; a review of Gray Matters, the defense contractor's new board game
Article Abstract:
Martin Marietta Corp has created a board game called 'Gray Matters' to illustrate common ethical dilemmas in business for its employees. The game presents 55 ethical problems, each with four possible solutions. The game distributes common employee perks as rewards for ethical behavior, an indication of the company's corporate culture which would seem to subvert the ethical values the game wants to teach.
