Behind the JFK Records Project; Boston lawyer shares experiences from the massive document-release effort
Article Abstract:
Issues are discussed regarding the Assassination Records Review Board created by the President John F Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992. The board was given almost unprecedented authority to order the declassification of documents. The board's job was to release for the release of records regarding the assassination, not to solve it.

Adapting to a new world; ABA project calls for revised rules on Internet jurisdiction
Article Abstract:
The ABA Global Cyberspace Jurisdiction Project is discussed. The difficulty of localizing commercial activity on the Internet gave the impetus to this effort, which finds that the location of buyers being targeted by sellers should determine jurisdiction.

Remembering Aunt Bertie; memory of beloved relative inspires YLD chair to create elder program

The ABA Young Lawyers Div. (YLD) public service project providing legal service to the aged is something of a testimonial to the aunt of YLD Chair La Ronda D Barnes. According to Barnes, for most seniors money is tight, they have trouble getting around and sometimes fear can keep them from obtaining legal assistance.This pro bono project aims to bring seniors and elderly clients together, mainly by establishing clinics but also by making house calls.
