Constitutional migration and the bounds of comparative analysis
Article Abstract:
The author traces the migration of constitutional ideas across national borders. He uses as examples a Canadian case in which the court rejected the U.S. approach to regulating hate speech and a South African case in which the court invoked the American principle of separation of church and state.

Alternatives to employment discrimination at private religious schools
Article Abstract:
Application of federal job discrimination requirements to employees of private religious institutions under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is covered. A proposed amendment to Title VII to exempt religious institutions from employment discrimination requirements is analyzed.
