Criminal justice and the future of civil liberties
Article Abstract:
This article examines ambiguous criminal justice systems in a sociopolitical context. The author argues that the criminal justice system in the United States is both autocratic and democratic, with a democratic and liberal policy for middle-class whites and an autocratic policy for lower classes and people of color.

This article examines investigations of fraud commited by home health care workers. The authors maintain the majority of offenses in the home health care sector do not differ much from offenses commited by physicians.
