Dean sues ABA over critical report; claims law school site inspectors unfairly criticized him, discouraged response
Article Abstract:
Patrick Rohan, former dean of New York's St. John's University School of Law, has sued the ABA for unfairly criticizing his administration of the law school after an on-site inspection by the organization's Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar and not giving him the opportunity to respond to criticism. Rohan claims these actions violated his due process rights and that the critical site inspection led to his resignation.
