Philip A. Lacovara, former general counsel to Morgan Stanley & Co Inc, denies sexual harassment charges by three female former employees of that company. He resigned from the company on Feb 1, 1992, but remains advisory director. The three women, Sharon Parrish, Lois Ginnelly and Mary Hirsch, have gone public with information about the alleged incidents and Lacovara has threatened to sue Parrish if this continues.
