Improving outside legal support to litigation managers: becoming radical
Article Abstract:
Well managed litigation with efficient and cost-effective legal support services are possible if problems are approached with a program to implement changes. The use of outside consultants in designing and executing a program may be advisable for many attorneys. Obstacles to effective legal services management, suggestions for improved caseload management, and useful methods for successful change are presented.
