In memoriam - Walter Gellhorn
Article Abstract:
Colleagues and friends marvel at the contributions that Columbia University School of Law professor Walter Gellhorn made to administrative law and to those he worked with. Though he was involved in crafting legislation that reformed administrative procedure and was honored throughout the world for his work, Gellhorn remained committed to improving public institutions in an incremental fashion. Gellhorn died in 1995 after being an integral part of the Columbia community for 62 years.
