Indecent proposals; tactful handling is best when the client has bedroom eyes
Article Abstract:
Law firms need to have policies for attorneys subject to sexual harassment by clients, as this behavior is not unknown. Employment experts recommend that firms should specify an individual to contact about harassment complaints, give all attorneys a copies of the firm's harassment policy, and teach attorneys how to identify and handle harassment. The policies should be tailored to the firm's culture, as some firms might be more willing to leave a big client who harasses one of its lawyers. For sole practitioners, the situation is a matter of individual tolerance.

Yes: enhance professionalism
Article Abstract:
Paralegals are an essential part of providing effective, low-cost legal service, but mandatory licensing should be a part of the profession. Certification, registration and attorney supervision do not do the job, and mandatory licensing would also provide an incentive for training programs to meet ABA standards. Licensing would require a proficiency test, character evaluation, and minimum educational standard. Licensing is the only way to ensure that paralegals measure up to the legal profession's professional standards.

Relying on RICO: using civil racketeering laws, insurers collect big damages from attorneys and others who aid fraud
Article Abstract:
Insurance companies utilize the RICO Act in their battle against fraud. RICO is usually less restrictive than state law because RICO demands the finding of a pattern of fraud while state law often requires proof for each separate fraudulent act. The insurers target many doctors and lawyers because they possess the ability and resources for facilitating claimants in fraudulently filing their claims.
