Article Abstract:
Earl Jason Lariscey, a convict serving a life term for manslaughter in a Georgia prison, is charging a violation of the takings clause in a case against the federal government, alleging that the government stole a process for manufacturing helmets he invented while in prison. He is asking the US Supreme Court to grant certiorari after disagreements among lower courts on the validity of his case.

What resulted was putting the terms of the executives power in the charter of the merging corporation, and these usually go into the executives' compensation agreements.
