The U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Alejandre v. Telefonica Larga Distancia de Puerto Rico, Inc. limited the efficacy of federal antiterrorism legislation by refusing to allow broad categories of foreign property to be the subject of judgment executions against foreign governments.
