The law according to Barefoot Bob; cyberpatriots have their own 'vision' of the Constitution on the Internet
Article Abstract:
The militia movements of 1996 use the Internet to get their philosophy directly to the public, just like the revolutionaries of 1776 used broadside pamphlets to get around the establishment media. Studying the current militia movement's ideas on the Internet reveals their dedication to the Second Amendment, their resistance to the federal government, and their interest in a 13th Amendment supposedly ratified in 1819 which strips of citizenship any American accepting any title of nobility or honour. This could conceivably be used against lawyers since they have the title 'esquire.'

Not just for the disabled; under the ADA nondisabled job seeker can sue for improper interview questions, court says
Article Abstract:
The US Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit ruled in Griffin v. Steeltek, Inc. ruled that nondisabled job seekers can use the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) to claim improper questions were asked in an employment interview, just as disabled job seekers can. The majority opinion recognizes that questions about workers' compensation or handicaps during initial job interviews are per se violation of the ADA. The latter may only take place after conditional offers of employment.
