The importance of nursing home documents as evidence in litigation on behalf of nursing home patients is discussed. Administrative records from both the state and federal levels, business records from the nursing home, and the resume of the defendant nursing home's expert can provide key evidence in the case.

Proposals for generic top-level domain names (TLDs) to expand the current Domain Name System are discussed. Early 2001 should see the introduction of new TLDs, and ICANN hopes it will increase the available number of domain names and enhance the utility of the DNS.
