CourtLink currently offers access to the Oregon State Appellate, Tax, Circuit and District Courts, as well as the Washington State Superior, District and Municipal Courts. Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal and California and Texas state courts are already being added, and ten additional states will be added during 1998. CourtLink lets a user select a court or courts to check, and searches are set up by party name or docket number. CourtLink works with Windows 3.1, Windows 95 or Windows NT. It costs $49 for a single workstation, $395 for unlimited workstations at a single location or $695 for unlimited workstations organization-wide. There is a $1.25/minute charge for service, and a $0.18/minute surcharge is added if a user is connected to Federal Courts.

Fear.com: someone might be tracking your moves on the Net
Article Abstract:

Tips for maintaining privacy are enumerated and discussed. For example, tools such as Anonymizer or safeWeb permit a user to surf the Net anonymously. Window Washer, a $29.95 software package, enables a user to 'clean' a computer, deleting information about Web sites that have been visited.
