Rape as a crime under international humanitarian law
Article Abstract:

The International Committee of the Red Cross, the US, France, Italy and the Organization of the Islamic Conference have all pushed for the inclusion of rape as an international law violation, either under new interpretations of existing humanitarian laws or under newly-proposed agreements making it such.
