Track the status of loans
Article Abstract:
Compu-Share's $149 Loan Watch 2.1 bank loan application is a practical loan management and analysis tool for all attorneys. The application, targeted at bankers and auditors, is a useful means for lawyers to provide their clients with payment verifications and projections. Loan Watch features tutorials and it calculates multiple loan types such as commercial, installment and fixed. The application enables users to audit loans and to project their payout sum. Loan Watch also handles year 2000 conversion issues by assuming that all dates entered with a year between 60 and 99 are between 1960 and 1999, and that years between 00 and 50 are between 2000 and 2059. Dates prior to 1960 or after 2059 are entered by initiating the century marker in the Windows Control Panel's International section and recalculating the schedule. Loan Watch's documentation is online and its schedules can be printed either within the application or they can be copied to the Clipboard for use in an alternate program.
