Two litigators who went solo; conflicts, love of the courtroom spark a trend
Article Abstract:
The legal profession's trend towards solo litigation practitioners is typified by the one-person practices set up by Baltimore attorney Jim Carbine and Chicago practitioner Michael Coffield. These trial attorneys value their independence while enjoying the absence of expensive overhead on their practices. Solo practitioners are aided by technological innovations and often use temporary employees in their practices.

Go ahead, call Klayman litigious
Article Abstract:
Larry E. Klayman, founder of the conservative watchdog organization Judicial Watch Inc, has filed so many suits against Pres Clinton and his administration that critics feel he has hounded them and call Klayman litigious.
