Try all trial styles; trial lawyers recommend a balance between technology and emotion
Article Abstract:
The different courtroom styles suggested by mock trials held by the ABA Section of Litigation at the organization's 2000 annual meeting are discussed. All agreed on the need to use technology, and likely juror reactions to emotional closing arguments were also discussed.

Every Internet company's need for a privacy policy is discussed. The public relations risk may be just as important as the legal one, so writing such policies to include only the minimum may not suffice. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act is also discussed.
