Article Abstract:
The interest in laws to limit employer monitoring of employees' personal lives is discussed. One of the major thrusts behind such monitoring is limits on rising medical costs, but laws limiting the practice have already been passed in 30 states.

Who's watching the house? Some elderly homeowners at risk of losing homes for overdue tax bills
Article Abstract:
The high risk of elderly homeowners becoming delinquent on their property tax bills and losing their homes as a result is discussed. A family member should have power of attorney and attorneys can add property taxes to their estate planning checklists.
