World gets smaller as number of international programs grows
Article Abstract:
The number of law school programs overseas and of students participating in them will both hit record highs this year, according to the American Bar Assn's legal education consultant's office. The ABA has approved 13 new programs for the summer, for a total of 128, as well as three new student-exchange, or cooperative, programs, and several semester-long programs. Many take advantage of unique law-related aspects of the host country, such as Israel's emphasis on law and religion.
