Antenna towers
Article Abstract:
The FCC has adopted new rules on antenna towers. All tower owners including those of wireless towers should register the structures with the agency. The registration licenses will be downloaded into a database to help the FCC monitor efficiently whether the towers are properly maintained and serviced or not. The FCC will hold the owners responsible for the upkeep of the structures and will impose corresponding penalties for owners who do not abide with its rules.

License renewal and RF radiation
Article Abstract:
Broadcast applicants, both commercial and non-commercial, filing for the renewal of their license must certify their compliance with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) guidelines regarding exposure to RF radiation. The broadcasters can refer to the Appendix attached with FCC's renewal package to determine the effect on environment. Other methods of calculations can also be used.
