BBC Resources boosts training

BBC Resources' intern program succeeded so well last year that it will introduce a similar, 2-year program, cross-training 21 young people in many different aspects of program production. Chief operating officer Jim Brown claims this investment in training will go far toward addressing the industry's technical skills shortage.
