A learning experience
Article Abstract:
Brook Lapping, an independent television production company, was acquired by Ten Alps in 2002. The deal helped Brian Lapping, chairman of Brook Lapping, to secure a contract from the Department for Education and Skills, for running his Teachers' TV channel.
