Fishing for trout, but what about those rough fish?: the complex nature of managing a tailwater
Article Abstract:
The nongame fish that is termed as the 'rough fishE, which cruises, darts and hides through water and its role in maintaining the ecological state of the Smith River tailwater is studied. Improving the biological function of the rough fish poses a challenge because tailwater deviates from the normal aqua state and creates an artificial condition.

Article Abstract:
The preliminary report on ocean policy was released on 20 April 2004, by the U.S. commission. The commission on the ocean policy said in conclusion that it was important that ocean and coastal maintain their resources, sustainable fisheries, sustainable recreation for the benefit and betterment of all.
