Move BBC2 to Manchester and everyone's a winner

BBC2 faces stiff challenge from Channel 4. But Channel 4 is not the only source of worry for BBC2. Other sibling channels like BBC1, BBC3, and BBC4 are also stealing BBC2's market share. In this scenario, moving BBC2 to Manchester would prove to be beneficial for everybody.
