Viva!, a radio station broadcasting in London, England, must retain women as its target audience under the new ownership of Liberty Publishing, according to the Radio Authority. This follows rumours that Liberty would take Viva! in new directions. Under the station's licence terms, it has a target audience of women aged 25-44. It has suffered from low audiences and signal difficulties since its launch in Jul 1995.
