Sky One puts spotlight on big drama events
Article Abstract:
Elaine Pyke, Sky One's commissioning editor for drama, has announced that the channel is focusing on big event pieces such as Terry Pratchett adaptations "Hogfather" and "The Colour of Magic", and moving away from long-running series. The channel is looking for "noisy, glorious pieces" to go with U.S. series. Sky One's other commissioning plans are discussed.
