The BBC carries on regardless of criticism from various quarters as it faces the examination as part of the Charter Review. Michael and Mark, two world-class professionals managing the BBC, are advised that following a simple set of objectives and solutions is best for the organization. In radio, as in television, the role of Ofcom as an effective regulator is increasingly significant.

BBC is facing a large crisis, with several cuts in its staff and programming, and the issues surriounding Vision Studios. The way the management officers have been operating could lead to employees holding a strike, and an outside force should step in and cause changes.
