The BBC's body politic
Article Abstract:
A critical view of the recent head hunting by BBC for the post of political editor is presented. BBC eventually chose to appoint Nick Robinson for the position. Ironically, BBC failed to realize the potential of Robinson during Robinson's stint with BBC. BBC opted to steal away Robinson from ITV after Robinson's talents were exposed by ITV. There is considerable resentment against this slipshod method of recruitment of BBC, which respects no territories.
