Unclear future for Celador sales arm
Article Abstract:
Complete Communications Corporation Ltd., the owner of 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire?' television program producer, Celador, has disclosed that Adrian Wolfe, Celador International's managing director was given formal authority to seek funding for a management buyout. Woolfe's buyout bid was worth approximately 50 million sterling pounds. However, the indefinite valuation of some of Celador's properties has cast shadow on the management buyout prospects.
