Wark merges with Monogram

Wark Clements and Monogram have merged to form Scotland's biggest independent television production company. Executives Alan Clements and Kristy Wark will keep 60 percent of Wark Clements, while Eileen Quinn of Monogram and business magnate John Boyle will each keep 20 percent. The combined revenues of the new company, Monogram Wark Clements, were more than seven million pounds sterling last year.
